Returns

We put a lot of care into every Santino product, using only real, natural ingredients, never synthetics or fillers. Because our products are handcrafted and made fresh, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items.

That said, your experience matters to us. If something doesn’t seem right or arrives damaged, please reach out within 14 days of delivery at tony@santinoco.com and we’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement or store credit.

If you’re new to Santino, we always recommend starting with a small amount, our formulas are rich and concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
